I'm new to the site and I was looking through the recipes and noticed "3 block" and "4 block" . I'm just wondering what that means?

Dr. Sears divided servings into blocks.
See my reply to your other posting for an explanation of blocks.

You should purchase a Dr. Sears Book " A Week in Zone". This book cost less then 7 dollars on this site and will guide you through the diet, recipes and cooking for 7 days. Use the book for two weeks and you will have a good understanding of everything "Zone".
