I am not sure how many blocks are in the zone bars. I had 1 for a snack. I don't know if 'm doing thid right. I'm a 50 year old woman. I should be using 11 blocks per day. Any feedback would be great.

Hi Kathy.
A Zone bar contains 2 blocks (2P, 2C and 2F). If you want a 1 block snack, you'd eat 1/2 a bar.

Where can you find the Zone 1-2-3 items....can't seem to find them in Hawaii or on-line.
We do have the 2-packs of the Zone Bars at Costco

The 1-2-3 foods are no longer available.
There is (was) supposed to be a new version of them this fall.
The Zone bars at Costco are probably NOT Dr. Sears Hormonally controlled Zone bars.
They are probably Zone Perfect, with whom Dr. Sears is no longer affiliated and has not been for over 10 years, now.

Mia-Pia - Here's where you order the real Dr. Sears Zone Bars
http://shop.zonediet.com/custom/pro...29d3f594ff
I also recommend the Zone Cereal that's on the same page. It's much cheaper than the bars and tastes and works great.

I would second the cereal suggestion from Larry.
