I fly 3-4 days a week and find it quite difficult to meet Zone requirements. I can bring some fruits and nuts with me, but what about proteins? I am always on the go while traveling and would be helpful to know some ideas for balanced meals besides just doing a Zone Diet Bar. Main issue is Protein, got Carbs & Fats covered easy. Thanks for your help!!!! :))

A glass of milk is an easy protein/carb block.

Protein powder can be mixed into a variety of things, it can be mixed into applesauce with some peanut butter, for instance.

Cottage cheese sometimes comes in individual serving sizes.

Greek yogurt is becoming more popular and can be found in individual serving sizes.
