    You need to understand what these letters stand for, the United States Department of Agriculture. Can you say "planned economy?" That is what the USDA attempts to do. They decide how much can be produced and then they attempt to make a market for these agricultural products by using misinformation. The USDA is not concerned about anyone's health except maybe the agricultural producer's economic health.
