Here's an interesting Zone friendly recipe I found. It looks like probably 4 or 5 3-block meals that are a little bit low in carbohydrate. A bowl of berries for dessert will complete the meal.

Looks great, but I get hungry when I ingest more than a tiny little bit of Parmesan cheese, although it doesn't look like much per portion in that recipe ...
I'm curious: why would I get hungry on Parmesan cheese? I don't get hungry on other, regular cheese (which I almost never eat these days), like cheddar cheese ...

Just leave off the cheese. It could be what you put the cheese on and not the cheese itself.

Yeah, I can do that ...
I'm pretty sure it's the Parmesan cheese that I react to, but, a litmus test would be to eat some straight up and see what happens, I haven't done that, but I've removed it from dishes, etc., and found it made a real difference ...
But anyway, I'll try Parmesan cheese straight up, nothing else, some other time and see what happens ...
