... or lentils, or whatever ... I think it was one at the most but .... sue, can you point me back to your pictures of food etc? I know I was annoyed by the very large signature, but it didnt mean that i wanted the information to vanish--just to be small enough to be manageable ... alexy |

Hi Sarah, I'm on vacation and don't off hand know the address to my album. Google SueK24 on Photobucket to find it. I have some food photo albums on FaceBook too (Sue Knorr). Go by your response to your meals. If you're super sensitive to carbohydrate, I'd say skip most legumes, certainly don't eat them daily, and limit berries and all fruit to a block or two daily. |

Great! I'll do that tomorrow ... So it's one or two blocks ... and depending on where I am in that time of the month too ... some days I can handle 2 blocks, I think, but when I'm sensitive, then just one block or none ... I got hungry recently and it was definitely related to my period, but the period of hunger shifts, so it's not always, like, several days before my period starts ... the period can be other times of the month ... but it does feel related closely to my period because it happens near my period ... so I guess when it happens, I just increase my blocks to satisfy me ...??? I know about adding a carb, but, I'd rather add more blocks to the day, than add a carb to my meals and snacks ... Hope you are having a blast on your vacation!! |

I have been doing pretty well with 1-2 blocks of berries per day. Not all at the same time, but one block is in the morning and the other block later in the day. I usually do pretty well with legumes. I don't have them often, but maybe once per day, and sometimes I need a little more density to my carbs in order to get the meals to last longer. However, as I travel the road without NSAIDS, will see if I end up re-writing this book... |
