I munch on one or two banana chips after a meal. or snack.
are they gonna affect my ability to stay zoned over the long term? it's hard for me to tell because it's that time of the month and things change.
ditto 2 m & ms occasionally. and ... if I do the banana chips or m & ms or other similiar such items as a fun snack BUT not as part of a meal or snack, is that different?
etc....

I would say it is best to add them to a meal, when you have a larger portion of protein and fat to help with slowing down the carb's digestion and rate of entry into the bloodstream. One or 2 does not seem significant to me, but eaten alone or with a snack might be more of an impact than with a meal.
