I only can come up with oatmeal with protein powder or eggs mixed with red and green peppers with onions and fruits on the side. I want some new recipes, please share people. Thank you.

There are a lot of breakfast recipes listed on the website. You should check them out, lots of variety there.

Also take a look in the recipes posted in the forum. We recently posted our favorite smoothies on another thread.

-egg whites cooked and then mixed with avocado, tomatoes, water chestnuts & shredded fat free mozzarella, along with sides of vegetables and berries.

-egg whites with a little milk (cooked kind of soft) then mix with almond butter and protein powder (it tastes like a soft pudding). Add sides of vegetables and berries.

    Naya:

You can do a lot with Fage Greek Yogurt (plain, low-fat), as it starts out with more protein than carbs. So:

Blueberries 140 grams (just under a cup)
Almonds: Slivered (Trader Joes) 14 grams (~2 TBSP)
    Yogurt (Fage) 1.0 1 Bowl 200 grams

    and...

Protein Powder (Jay Robb) 0.35 1 Scoop 11 grams
    Maple Syrup 2.00 1 TBSP 30 grams
    Yogurt (Fage) 1.00 1 Bowl 200 grams
Almonds: Slivered (TJ) 0.50 1/4 Cup 15 grams
(higher GI, but good for post hard workout)

One go to favorite of mine is Trader Joe's FF cottage cheese (I think the Fat Free tastes better), frozen blueberries, and those paper thin sliced almonds on top. I've made 1 block snacks to 3 block meals out of that combo depending on the portions. It always tastes good, especially when I am just sick of egg whites. Also, the frozen blueberries taste even better than fresh because when they defrost they get really juicy and it flavors the cottage cheese (Cranberrycat pointed this out in one of her posts, and it's so true!! I still love fresh blueberries, but prefer frozen in my cottage cheese).
Leap, and the net will appear..
