Now I have been doing research on breaking plataeus. Thankfully I have been blessed with new information. Some of you may or may not have known this, but for weight lifters to completely heal from weightlifting, you must rest for 1 entire week from exercise every 8-10 weeks. I am now taking my week off and I feel great. Taking a week off helpsthe body to heal completely, and will also make you stronger when you go back to the gym. It takes about 3-4 days for muscles to completely heal, and a couple of days off a week will not help 100% with the healing proccess. It also confuses the body so that you will get over that plataeu. During that week off, you must continue eating the way you originally ate when working out. So again, every 8-10 weeks, take a week off of training to COMPLETELY heal. That means no cardio, no weight lifting. Any pros out there or anyone who wants to add-on or correct what I have shared, please comment below. Thanks!
