I've been competeing i MMA the past five years and am hoping to drop to a lighter weight class, as my level of compitition has gotten better. I'm 5'1 245 and in pretty good shape. Can anyone steer me in the right direction as to figure out a good weight for me and how many blocks it would take to get there??

You should try the Body Fat Calculator
http://www.zonediet.com/tools/body-...calculator
Be sure you select the highest level when inputting "activity level"

Hey Josh, I feel you, im involved in grappling and wresling and amatuer boxing too!
I usually stay around 170, drop to 155 for boxing, drop to 160 for grappling and wrestling depends on what my coach wants.
Im hoping to debut in MMA in the next 3 years (before I'm 25 hopefully), im looking at welterweight or 155.
how much weight do you drop for weight in's?
