Zone Cereal is probably the quickest.

I whip up a smoothie every morning. We just posted smoothie recipes on another thread, so if you need some recipe ideas, a quick search of the forums is likely to give you some ideas.

    Really simple:
Protein Powder for Protein (flavor of your choice.)
or Greek Yogurt (no fat version).
    Berries for Favorable Carbohydrates.
Olive oil or almonds for good Fat.
A little water or a tad of milk or both.
You can also add a touch of raw cocoa powder if you want to.

I make up single servings of all the dry ingredients and store them in small sandwich bags, for the smoothie I posted in the recent smoothie thread. Then in the morning I just add them to an immersion blender cup with the wet ingredients and blend. Takes only a couple minutes.

That's single servings of the dry ingredients combined, one baggie per one smoothie.
