Hi - and please excuse me if I should have posted this ina different area, I'm not familiar enough with the forums. My quesiton is how do you eat when you aren't sure what times you'll be able to eat. I had an all day meeting today and only a few break times which I didn't know in advance, except I figured lunch would be ~noon with a 9a start, and end by 5p. I knew I had to leave by 5:10 to make my 6p workout (legs, weightlifting). So I ate 2 blocks at 8:45, 3 more at noon, and drone drone I about died in the meeting so when we broke at 3 (and I didn't know if we'd break again before 5) I ate another block. I wasn't hungry, but my mental state was comatose. How do you plan blocks around indeterminate times like this? And do you think my comatose state was bc of what I ate and when, not bc of the all day meeting (that challenged even the most engaged minds)? Thanks |
