I am curious about protein block calculation. For example, most meats are 1 oz. or fish 1.5 oz. ber block. Is this cooked weight or raw weight?
6 oz. of raw fish will yield about 4 oz. when cooked. can anybody clarify? Thanks!

YES, measure Protein pre-cooked.
Moisture is lost during cooking.
