I know that one block of fat is needed for each protein block unless the protein is zero fat and then 2 blocks of fat are added. What if the protein is something like sardines, tofu, etc. where the amount of fat in a block of protein is more than 1.5g? Is it okay to add the usual fat block?

For example, one protein block of tofu has 4g fat. Could I still add 1 block of fat to it?

If there are 3 or more grams of fat in the block protein you don't need to add any more fat.
