Foods which are undercooked need to be avoided as they may be contaminated with the bacteria named Listeria. Foods to avoid during pregnancy are: Hot dogs, unpasteurized dairy foods and luncheon meats, all these are with the Listeria inside. What are the risks which are attached with eating Listeria contaminated foods? Miscarriage is one of the major risks which are linked with the intake of Listeria. Raw meat and raw eggs are also with Listeria most of the time.
