Came across a few Protein Powder recipes:
.
1.) The World's Easiest Pancake
.
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop flavored protein powder flavor of your choice, water.
.
DIRECTIONS:
Place protein powder in a bowl and add just enough water that the mixture has
a consistency similar to pancake batter (it should be slightly lumpy).
Pour the mixture onto a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
Cook 1-2 minutes on each side.
Top with berries of your choice to equal blocks of P in Protein Powder.
Add favorable nuts for fat.
.
.
2.) Afternoon Strawberry Delight
.
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop protein powder flavor of your choice,
6 oz. yogurt,
1 tsp. cinnamon.
Strawberries,
Nuts
.
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a glass or bowl.
Mix and enjoy.
.
.
3.) Quick, Fast & In A Hurry Cookie
.
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop flavored protein powder of your choice,
1 egg white.
.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix egg white and protein powder in a bowl.
Add water to the mixture until it forms a doughy substance.
Spray a bowl with non-stick spray and place the batter inside.
Place in a microwave and heat for 15-45 seconds, depending on the power of your microwave.
Let cool and enjoy.
Protein only,
Add Nuts to "cookie" or on side for fat.
And add Fav fruit on side.

John - re your signature. If you are married since 1976 than it means you are married for 36 years
I am married for 26 years because we got married in 1986!

And Bozena, in your picture, you look sooo young!
Almost like Gidget!
A very old TV show when I was a kid, black & white.
Starring a very young Sally Fields.

Hi John - I make my protein powder pancake with egg white instead of water. That cookie looks good. I'll have to try it.

John, you are very kind. Thank you. This photo was taken 4 years ago when we were celebrating my 40th birthday in Pisa, Italy.
