I've read a number of articles on the internet saying that the consumption of tofu and other soy products is linked to the development of alzheimer's disease. Does anyone know where I can find out more? The loss of soya in a vegetarian diet, if following the 'zone' rules, makes things very tricky - especially as the rice/dried beans combination I've always used to get a 'complete' protein is not, apparently well absorbed by the body. Leaves eggs and dairy as the main sources of protein - loads of wasted egg yolks and miserable 'low fat' cheeses...

I have read a lot, too.
Mostly unfermented Soy has been found to be not good for us.
While the opposite, Fermented Soy, is good for us.
