I am new to the forum, but not to the Zone. I have been on and off for the last 2 years, and have to admit, I feel best when I Zone. I am also Paleo since a couple of months, don't feel good eating grains.
So, I did an Ironman on Crossfit + Crossfit Endurance training, am training for another one, mostly 4 days Crossfit, 2 swims, 2 bikes, 2 runs per week. On the weekends Time Trials, sometimes a little bit longer stuff.I train with a coach, who told me to eat 12 blocks, according to the Crossfit journal (medium build, 12, very muscular 13). Like tomorrow, I have a 3 hour bike, I added a block carb,fat at breakfast and lunch, but only today. I find myself sometimes starving, and then end up eating way too much, because I am too hungry.
I would like to lose some more bodyfat over the next couple of months, between 18 and 20%.
My stats now, height 5.8, lean body mass 121 lbs, body fat 22%, I have this tested every once in a while. And I am 40 years old.
My question is, am I eating enough? How do I feel better, while still leaning out?
