Is there any advantage of the cookies over the bars? Lately, I've been having 1/2 bar 1st thing in the morning, 1 bar as an afternoon snack, and 1/2 bar as a bedtime snack. I haven't tried the cookies yet. The bars seem to keep me in the zone a little better than my meals. |

Try them and see. Some of us have found that since we cut sugar/sweeteners from our eating with the Zone lifestyle, that the cookies taste way too sweet. But, if they hold you better than the bars, and you like them, then go for it. They are one of the few remnants left from the ZONE Fast (Zone 1-2-3) foods. And their Glycemic index according to the information from Dr. Sears, is on the higher end of acceptable fruit. So, if those type of fruits take you out of the Zone, then, the cookies might, too. |

I just added some to my auto order to see if they work well for me. Thanks, everyone. |

Larry, looks like most of your questions have been answered. I have tried cookies and got very little benefit from them (and taste too sweet). They do not keep me in the Zone, bars have worked better for me. But, this is personal experience, and everyone is different. Try them and see! |
