Tonight I had a Trader Joe's vegetarian "chicken" patty filled with a little bit of black bean mixture, topped with a smoky flavored tomato sauce and drizzled with Zone olive oil. I had blackberries for dessert. It was an easy, satisfying and delicious Zone balanced meal.

I do have a question: I saw in your album that you had a pizza. I LOVE PIZZA!!! And yours looks delicious. How did you make it? How many blocks was it? Thank you :D

Alexandra;
That picture in her signature is a ZONEFAST (Zone 1-2-3) pizza crust.
Those foods are no longer available.
There is a recipe for a pizza crust (several) posted in the Zone Classic Recipes Forum Topics.
Two, of which I posted: A Cauliflower/Cheese version and an Eggplant version.
My wife preferes the Cauliflower-Cheese version, even over the now extinct ZONEFAST foods pizza crust.

Hi Alexandra,
I used a Zone pizza crust and added my own toppings. The pizza crusts and the other baked foods made with Barry Sears' unique technology are unavailable at the moment while Zone Labs "retools", in the words of Barry Sears, for the next generation of Zone foods which should be available sometime this fall, and promise to give even better Zone results.

Alexandra, forgot to say, the pizza in my photo was fully balanced 2 block Zone meal. Amazing, isn't it? That eggplant with shrimp sounds delicious!
