We had a surplus of eggs here so I just finished throwing together a Zone favorable chocolate souffle using eggwhites, bitter chocolate, olive oil, a tiny bit of butter, a little agave syrup and a couple pinches of salt. I have no idea how much of any certain ingredient I used, except for the 6 eggwhites and 2 yolks. I had an online souffle recipe and just kind of winged it with Zone friendly ingredients.
