Hi everybody! I'm a brand new here. I have a permanent headache caused by discal hernia in my neck from 6 years. Fish oil is my last chance to stop or minimize this awfull pain. I started taking OmegaRx Liquid- 15 ml daily, as Dr.Sears recommends, and in addition SeaHealth Plus - 30 ml daily. Is this the right ratio and if I increase the OmegaRx, how much SeaHealth Plus should I take? Thanks! |

Hi, The recommendation for Sea Health Plus is 2 Tablespoons (that's about 30 ml) for every 2.5 grams of combined EPA and DHA you take. Based on that, you would take a minimum of 90ml of Sea Health Plus daily. (feel free to check my math) Hope you get some relief from the headche soon. |

Thanks a lot, Sue I had such a hesitation that I'm not taking the right ratio, but I just wanted to be sure I will not pre-dose the polyphenols. I also intend to increase the OmegaRx up to 20 ml daily and should take 120 ml (accodding to your math.. :-))) ) Thanks again

You're welcome! Sea Health and Omega Rx work synergistically so as you increase the fish oil you should increase Sea Health. Though my Onega Rx dose is relatively small, I take 1/2 cup of Sea Health daily (approx. the dose you will be increasing to) plus a capsule of Polyphenols XT. |
