What did you have for dinner?

I had a sandwich of toasted Hearty White Zone bread with Kalamata olive hummus, 1/2 slice mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, one sliced olive and a tiny drizzle of blood orange infused extra virgin olive oil. Dessert was a dish of fresh red raspberries topped with a small dollop of creme fraiche and a drizzle of raspberry infused balsamic vinegar. Totally in the Zone, and decadent at the same time. :)

Well, you don't want to know what I had last night! LOL

The previous night's dinner was a small broiled steak, then smothered with sauteed mushrooms. I topped the steak with a little bit of feta cheese, not a lot, just for a different taste. I also ate raw red pepper strips. It was delicious and totally fulfilling!

I'll help you out, I had some Ben and Jerry's "Chocolate Therapy" today. (temporary regression, you had to be there...) :)

Well, it wasn't as bad as that!!!

We go to church every Wednesday for Lent, and they serve soup supper. Last night, they had home made chicken dumpling soup, and I could not resist. Definitely not zoned. My only suffering was that I was hungry about 2-3 hours later, otherwise didn't suffer any ill effects from it (I would definitely have had problems with B&J)
