Hello, I'm trying to get into amateur boxing and was wondering what kind of caveats I should be aware of before embarking on the zone, thanks.

Hi Ratata,
Here's a lesser know tip. Calculate your daily block amount using the Body Fat Calcuator. If while eating your recommended protein block amount daily you feel you lack energy during training, increase your monounsaturated fat intake rather than your protein/block intake. Good luck!
