I thought it would be fun to share your favorite song, the one that gets you going for your work-outs! Just post the name of the song, artist, what is it about the song that motivates you, and then copy a youtube link into your post, if you have one. This should be fun! |

I will start out: PROMISES by Basia This song has a really good beat to it, and it is the first song in my line-up on my iPod playlist for starting my walks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPRaRD9ZBBw |

Wow, I am amazed that no one wants to share! Maybe everyone is too busy? Hope everyone has a great weekend, I am hoping to get some xc skiing in, as we are FINALLY getting some snow! Funny, though, next week they are predicting 50's, and so I will probably be riding bike instead of skiing. LOL |

I like fairly corny stuff from the 80s e.g. eye of the tiger. Rap is good too. |

That is a good workout song! Gotta laugh but agree with you about 80's music. I was in HS/college at that time and so that is the music that I remember, so many songs remind me of so many events at that time! Last weekend, we were making pizza for a school fundraiser, and one of the teachers brought along a boombox and played 80's music. I was dancing all around the workstation, while my 15 year old teenager kept giving me the rolling eyes. LOL |

I have mostly (older) Christian Praise and Worship music. I started with Christian music in its early hay days, early 80's. I still like a lot of those earlier (simpler) songs. Maranatha Praise. |

We have a Christian Band group that plays out of our church, and they do a really neat version of "We Are One In The Spirit". Definitely has a good beat! |

I usually like fast paced music to make me work out faster, so rock mainly works. |

hi there. I like using the latest song such as : -Sexy and I know it -Super bass -Starships -Rain over me -Wide awake remix Every remix song could be used as a workout song. Every livelier song or even those smooth and mellow songs could be used too. :) |
