Hi all,
I am hoping that Barry Sears gave some info on this somewhere ... thus far I can't find it.
I am buying strips from the pharmacy soon to test my pH level.
I am wondering what my pH level should be? I am reading stuff like 7.2, does that sound about right?
Thanks,
Sarah

Hi Sue,
Thank you for this info.
It is interesting.
It sounds like he doesn't think one needs to measure one's pH level. It happens automatically.
