Hi everyone, I just read Enter the Zone and started the diet last week, so I'm still working out the kinks. I want to use protein powder and have Muscle Milk, which has 2 blocks Protein, 1 block Carbs, and 6 grams of fat. Now, since the source of protein in this case doesn't have any additional fat, could the 6 grams be the exact 2 Blocks or is it more than that? |
