Hey, I'm going through adding some new stuff to my diet and I'm just wanting to clarify on what I need to count on package labels.

    1) Some have the fats broken down into Saturated, Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated. Do I just count the Total Fat or do I exclude anything?

    2) The Protein Blocks, meat is precooked weight right?

    You count Total Fat.
And of course more most Mono- and least Poly- fat is best.
You want Total Fat to be 3grams per block of Protein.
    .
Yes, protein blocks are counted pre-cooked.
    Typically 4 oz pre-cooked equals about 3 oz post-cooked.
