I would like to hear some rebuttles from the dr sears fan club for the documentary "forks over knive". What I see right off the bat is a horribly wrong correlation with with Heath problems and animal food sources. I hear a lot of bad facts and would like to hear someone who actually knows what they are talking about rather than my own instincts. I don't understand why they look at the SAD and blame animal food and not crappy Processed carbs, also no mention of the importance of hormones to heal us.
Any other thoughts please? This documentary was recommended to me and while some good I think they definitely missed the bigger picture.

I haven't seen the documentary. Is it currently airing on cable? What channel?
