Happy New Year Zoners!
Hope everyone survived the holidays. Sure went by quickly!
Now time to get back in the Zone! Anyone want to post your personal goals or resolutions? I am not going to post another resolution to lose weight. Instead, I am just going to continue to focus on living a healthy lifestyle.
I had good results last year, I was able to raise my HRA score at work (that is a health risk assessment score). Last year, I identified that one of my main struggles was that my activity level was lacking, and that I really needed to exercise more. So, I started by purchasing a pedometer (another one, since I keep losing it). During the winter months, I worked on exercising at least 3 times per day by using Leslie Sansone DVDs at home. Then, when the weather got nicer, I got out on my bike. I rode almost 1000 miles total over the summer. I have fallen off a bit lately, but doing some workouts at our school (equipment use free to the community). So, gotta get back on track with this!
