I love the zone. This year I was informed I'm pre-diabetec. in less than a week on the zone I am seeing my morning fasting glucose levels drop! The zone is super easy here in California, wonderful fresh produce, easy access to omega 3's etc...The problem is I'm leaving for an extended trip to India (6 plus months) and I'm not sure how to accomodate the zone diet into what I can find there. No soy, No uncooked salads. and last time I was there, no easy access to fish oils. Any suggestions???
