I recently started a construction job and have neglected my regular work outs until I get used to the physical activity. That being said, since I am doing physical labor for 8 + hours a day, would that qualify me for very active on the activity factor?
thanks,
David

Without knowing more about your activity level this question is difficult to answer. You could journal daily to realize you activity level.

David, some additional info, your need for muscle repair is a big factor in determining you activity level, meaning the more "strength training types" of activity that's included in your job, the higher your activity level will be.
