Tom, multiply your LBM times your activity factor to get you daily protein requirement in grams. The activity factors, which represent grams of protein per pound of LBM, are Sedentary 0.5, Light 0.6, Moderate 0.7, Active 0.8, Very Active 0.9, Elite 1. Take care not to overestimate. Once you have your daily protein requirement, divide that by 7 to get your daily block recommendation (there are 7 grams of protein in each Zone protein block).
