I know this has been discussed before, but I will bring it up again...
It would be SOOOOOO convenient if we could have the capability of editing our autoships and our billing information right here on the website.
For example, I have an autoship that has not arrived, and just received an email that stated that my credit card was not processing the charges for my shipment. Well, I had to cancel my card, so I am not surprised. However, it is a lot easier to come to the website and change the saved billing information, rather than to pick up the phone and call customer service.
I am sure there are others that agree, as this has been a recurring problem for quite some time, and quite a few others have posted about similar issues.
Is anyone listening to the customers?
