I've read the books, and the website--at first I only used the zone classic recipes because i needed to educate myself on how to prepare the proper proportion of foods. According to all the info- I am to eat 11 blocks a day. In another words, 3Block meals and 1 block snacks. So, would I be correct if I figured 4.5g of fat, 21g of protein and 27g carbs per meal and a total of 16.5g fat, 99gcarbs and 77 g of protein for a daily intake?? (also, taking into consideration-my fiber) |

Not quite... Your carb and protein figures are fine. But, you should figure 4.5g of ADDED fat along with the assumed 4.5g of fat in your protein source. So, if you are eating a fat free protein, then the total amount of fat should be 9g. |

Oh. Maybe that explains my increased hunger when I create my own recipes. Thank you |

Yeah, I am sure that a little more fat will help! |
