Hmmm..sure wish I read this before I chose what to have for lunch....spinach, strawberry salad; tuna; hummus with cucumbers for dipping...thankfully I remembered to take a couple Beano within the first couple bite.
Thanks for the suggestions. My sister is working with a nutritionalist and suggested I try a pro-biotic as well. I think I will! Can't do yogurt...lactose = bad!
