Every time I've done a search, it only appears to bring results from the old forim messages that were transferred over. I can never seem to find any results, using SEARCH, with recent messages. All Search results are from 2010 Dec - when forums went down, and earlier. . EXAMPLE: I did a search for Spagheti Squash, which i know I entered a messae and replies to, recently. YET, the search produced ALL results from Nov 2010 and earlier. . I thought about the results being incorrectly listed in oldest first order as the default; but that is not the case. AND while you are FIXING the search, why not provide a way to sort the search results? Like by DATE, or by AUTHOR, or by FORUM, as options? |

Hi Bozena and John I did a search for "spaghetti" and got 10 pages going right back to 2003. Not sure what is going on with the "Page no found" ..... |

YES, "Spaghetti" had two "tt's when I did the search, just fat fingered typing when I entered the message. |

I did a search for spaghetti squash and got 20 pages of results, the most recent post is from December 2010. Since you brought it up, I think it would also be nice to search posts by user, as we used to be able to do. |

Which search did you use? If I use the one at the very top of the window I get "Page not found" |

I used the one just to the right of the posts in black - the line that says " Forums My Profile Search Members" |

The Search by User option is still there. I just used it and it works fine. |

oh DUH! I didn't see the blank "search by user" space. I believe that in the old forums, one had to enter the search user in the other field, where the "search by topic" options are given. I guess when I tried it and didn't see the "search by user" option listed there, I must have given up on it. Well, wouldn't it make sense for all of the options to be in one spot? Hmmm... |
