    Hi,

    What is my activity level?

    My weekly workout program:
    4 times training/week
    bench press day + assistance
    squat day + assistance
    military press day + assistance
    deadlift day + assistance

    50-60 minutes/training
    calorie consumption 550-700 kcal/training

    Body Fat %: 11
    Body Fat Weight (lbs): 18
    Lean Body Mass (lbs): 142

    Joe,

    Very Active, or possibly between Active and Very Active. Try 17 or 18 blocks daily.

    My recovery is slow when I use 17 blocks.
    I will use 18 blocks every day in the future.
