    This couldn't be easier and it's delicious! It's a perfect way to enjoy the fall apples that are now coming into season now. I like to use honey crisp apples in this sandwich. They're sweet and tart at the same time, and they have a nice crunch.

    Apple Cinnamon Sandwich


    Ingredients

    2 slices of Zone Cinnamon Swirl Loaf, lightly toasted

    1 1/2 Tablespoons of light cream cheese

    6-8 thin slices of apple



    Directions

    Spread the cream cheese on one piece of toast. Arrange the apple slices on top. Top with the second piece of toast and enjoy!
