    Pea Shoot Slaw

    Ingredients

    Handful of pea shoots
    Handful of shredded cabbage
    1/3 cup chopped apple
    1 tsp. dried cranberries
    Onion powder to taste
    Dressing (whisk together olive oil and golden balasamic vinegar)

    Directions

    Toss all ingredients together and enjoy!
