I am not sure exactly how ZoneFast products work but I belive that they consist of equal amount of P, C, F blocks. So I think your breakfast and snacks are balanced but you are low on proteins for lunch and dinner. Not sure, perhaps Sue can offer her advise here

You are probably following an 11-block plan, based on your stats. Looks like you are pretty close to that, in terms of protein counts, according to your plan. If you are feeling like you are in the Zone, then you are doing fine. If you want a more detailed breakdown of your meals, just let me know... otherwise, I won't break it down here.

I don't know if you are asking the question for any particular reason, or if you just wanted to know. But, I would advise using more veggies and less fruit. Otherwise, just use the products as 2 complete blocks per serving, and then fill in the rest of your meals and snacks with your own foods. The one exception would be the fusili, as I believe that the package is a complete 4-block serving.

Thanks for the advise - I had the fusili last nite - I think the packcage content is a lot smaller than last years - i am probably using more fruit than I should but I still am hungry (not in the zone yet?) and its better than eating cake, cookies, or crackers.

Hi Charlene ~ Did you utilize the Body Fat Calculator? That will tell you how much protein you need daily. http://www.zonediet.com/tools/body-...calculator

When your blocks are decided you can then use the block guide to determine how much of what you can add to you Zone Foods or create your own meal.
