OK sorry this may seem dumb, but anyone know how long you cook the orzo. I can figure out the other pasta, and I know it is cooked in boiling water, but for how long? I have never cooked the stuff and can't find instructions or cooking times for this anywhere. Thanks,
Lisa

Figured it out by doing a web search. Cooked it 8 to 9 minutes and rinsed with cold water for al dente pasta. Still think it would help to have the directions on the packages.

I don't know, having directions on the package may be just a bit too obvious! LOL!

Directions on the package, good point Lisa. Also, a sheet containing cooking and storage directions is usually included with each shipment of Zone foods. Glad you found the answer.
