Check amount of grams. 9g = 1 block. In this case unfavourable so do not eat more that 1 per meal.

They are unfavorable, but they do make a nice alternative to traditional buns (speaking of the sandwich thins). I can still put my burger or turkey brat on the bun, and get adequate protein, plus add more favorable carbs to my meal. They generally work out pretty well for me!

I don't use the bagel thins, but I have picked them up on occasion for my kids. They sometimes like bagels and cream cheese, and I feel that they are a good alternative to the traditional bagels, as well.
