I'm just starting out and am having trouble figuring out which "block" to put some of the foods I eat under. For example, the only nuts listed are macadamias (expensive and my husband is deathly allergic to them), almonds, walnuts and peanuts. What about pecans, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds? I often add ground flax seed to things likes salads and yogurt but I have no idea how to count that. Same with hemp oil and flax oils. I usually make my own bread but I have no clue how to count it- about 2/5ths of the "flour" is ground flax, wheat germ, oat flakes, bran, and spelt flour, and I also use hemp, olive and flax oil in that. I also usually drink skim milk. Is there somewhere that has a more comprehensive food list?:confused: |
