    Hi,
Has anyone dealt with frozen shoulder? Have you found improvement with fish oil? If so how much fish oil did you take and how long was it before you saw improvement?

I had a severe frozen shoulder in 2009 and now my other shoulder is beginning to flare up. I am doing the stretches and exercises that the PT gave me last time. I read that fish oil could help. I'm hoping I can minimize the impact of this round.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
    Thx,
    Cathy

Hi Cathy, I had it (luckily not a full blown case, but bad enough) 9 years ago after a mastectomy. Definitely keep up those exercises and stretches every day. You Omega RX dose would be in the range of 5 to 7.5 grams of EPA and DHA daily (that's 8 to 12 capsules daily). Good luck and I hope you're feeling better soon.
