I'm new to Zone and had a question regarding the Zoneperfect cookbook. In all the recipies it says something to the affect of 3 Protein BP's, 3 Carbohydrate BP's and 3 Fat BP's (some say 2 or 1). Does the BP mean "block" or something else. Also what does "Code Tool Chest #3" mean? Thanks

I would think that, yes, BP's mean Blocks.

I'm not sure what you're looking at, what is the title of the book? I just looked at Zone Perfect Meals In Minutes and the meals are defined in blocks.

Tech Support This is the book that Todd was talking about .... It was written by Kristy Walker in 2003 EDITOR'S NOTE: Link to book was removed. Dr. Sears has no affiliation with ZonePerfect and does not recommend this book.
