I see the math involved, but I'm just afraid that I'll be out and won't have a food label to be able to do the math with, etc... like with fruits.
Is there a good list in another of his books maybe, or a link you can send me to... that'll say how many blocks common things are that don't always come with labels, like different berries, for example?
I saw a list on his website that had some fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc, but didn't see any berries or other things I was curious about, just a small sample list.
Since I still live alone, buying frozen fruit and vegetables is the way to go for me, and berries are the easiest thing to get frozen, so I was mostly wondering about that. :)
Glad to see such a helpful forum, thanks in advance!
