Does anyone have any good ideas, recipes or a good place for me to check out some good protein choices for breakfast? I need non-dairy choices and I'm not a huge fan of eggs. (I eat them about once a week and that's all I can tolerate.) I'm also not into tofu, so I'm pretty limited in my choices! I'm thinking I may just need to go with some non-traditional breakfast protein choices. Thanks!! :)

Well, one way of approaching it is that you don't have to stick with traditional proteins for breakfast!

But, if you are a "breakfast traditionalist", then you could use turkey bacon or Canadian bacon, breakfast sausages (thinking of the lower fat ones), or go with cottage cheese or protein powder. One of my favorite breakfasts is steel cut oats with either cottage cheese and almonds, or chocolate protein powder and peanut butter.

Thank you, Cranberry Cat for your response! (I'm late in answering, but better late than never, right? )
I recently saw somewhere on a forum that you listed an e-mail address for yourself, but I can't find it again. If you don't mind, could you please give me your e-mail? I have a personal question I would like to ask and I don't know how else to ask you. Thanks so much!
