Hi, I'm new to the zone diet and was looking for a menu plan that maybe someone has come up with. I need about 11 food blocks. It is hard for me to make my own so if someone could show me a little so I can get started! Thanks!

I know that there used to be a 2-week meal plan on this site. Now, all I can find is a Zonefast Meal plan, but none for the classic Zone. One suggestion is to browse the classic zone recipes and pick out some that you like, and develop your own meal plan.
Diet soda is fine in moderation. Most zoners tend to stay away from caffeinated beverages and artificial sweeteners, because some feel that caffeine and artificial sweeteners stimulate hunger, which may cause you to overeat and go OOZ (out of the Zone). But, it is really a personal choice, up to you.

I recommend A Week In The Zone book. It has a weeks worth of recipes and a lot of very useful information.

I don't have my eggs today and to make sure I have almost enough protein, I have 4 turkey sausage patties. Is that doing too much?
