This week, I've finally decided to start following the Zone nutrition plan again, after a 13 year hiatus.  The problem is that I'm about to take my first cruise and fear the food choices I'll have may be less than favorable.  Does anyone know if there are favorable choices for all meals?

Last cruise I was on, I could get pretty much anything I wanted. Fruit's always available, and things like chicken too.
